Programs
The program is not only the starting point expressed by a client or circumstance, but also everything that is unsaid, unexpected, unplanned in architecture. One of the great opportunities of our work is to migrate from a programmatic model of closed and immovable slogans to one of possibilities and permanent invitations. We need an architecture that functions without prohibiting, that is complete without submitting, and that can be re-signified by the presence of the user. If in the last century the form was in itself a declaration of universal and solemn principles, in this century we are passing through, the political content is expressed subtly and with less pretensions in the definition of the program.
